Does the camera come with a memory card? +

No. It needs a microSD card and there isn't one in the box. We sell a 64GB card for $19.95 on the camera's page, but if you already have a spare in a drawer, use that instead.

Are the photos supposed to look like that? +

Yes. Blown highlights, loud greens, grain indoors, and an optional date stamp burned into the corner. It is the reason the thing exists, and it is not something we can fix for you.

Will the projector work with the lights on? +

Not well. It wants a dim room. Dark, you will get a good picture at anything from about 30 inches to 200. In daylight you will get a ghost of one.

How long will it take to arrive? +

Orders leave the warehouse within 48 hours and delivery typically takes 7 to 12 days. Shipping is free worldwide with no minimum, and the tracking link is emailed when the parcel ships.

What if I don't get on with it? +

You have 14 days from delivery to send it back for a refund or a replacement. There is no restocking fee. Full detail on the returns page.

How do I reach a person? +
